"We should be able to make the sacrifice of adjusting to the such a move in national interest, as it aims to tackle the evils of corruption, black money, fake currency and terrorism," said PM Modi.

He also announced a number of safeguards to ensure that medical payments or other critical services are not affected by the move. Hospitals, petrol pumps, railway reservation counters, airports, crematoriums and other key services will continue to accept the notes for 72 hours, till the end of November 11, PM Modi said.

The extreme measure came almost immediately after PM Modi chaired a meeting of the Union Cabinet. Earlier in the day, Modi had also met National Security Adviser Ajit Doval and the chiefs of the armed forces.

Before making the announcement, Modi had explained the rationale for the move. He had stressed on the negative impact of corruption, black money, fake currency and terrorism on the economy

1000 and 500 notes

In todays surprise mann ki baat some revelations were made.
Advantage
In short-People with black money are stuck from both sides.
If they don't submit their money in a bank account (which is exactly what people do to hide black money) their currency loses value and its as good as nothing.
If they submit money in the bank then they are accountable for money and need to pay tax for the same amount.
Government wins both way

RBI to issue ₹2000 Rupees Notes coming February 2017

Not just a piece of paper There is much more in this note Read the full content of this message

India is all set to add one more denomination to its currencies shortly. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will be issuing Rs 2,000 currency notes, the highest to come into circulation, even as some experts feel7 high-value denominations should be discontinued to curb black money.

The Rs 2000 currency is designed keeping in mind to eradicate the black money issues using state of the art indigenous nano technology, every Rs. 2000 currency note is embedded with a NGC (Nano GPS Chip)

How the embeded NGC Technology Works?
The unique feature of the NGC is it dosent need any power source. It only acts as a signal reflector. When a Satellite sends a signal requesting location the NGC reflects back the signal from the location, giving precise location coordinates, and the serial number of the currency back to the satellite, this way every NGC embedded currency can be easily tracked & located even if it is kept 120 meters below ground level. The NGC cant be tampered with or removed without damaging the currency note

How will this help eradicate black money menace?
Since every NGC embeded currency can be tracked. The satellite can identify the exact amount of money stored at a certain location. If a relatively high concentration of currency is found a certain location for a longer period of time at suspicious locations other than banks & other financial institutions. The information will be passed on to the Income Tax Department for further investigation

Just a beginning of the end of black money in india. A person with relatively small stack of black money can break it into various parts and try to spend 'hard cash' as much as possible within the 50 days time span

Example- If a person X has 15 lakh rupees in black money he can spend the same money to buy certain stuff Like commodities or gold or electronic items which can be hidden from government by not making a bill of purchase

Diwali Pollution in comparision with industrial and vehicular pollution

Everyday industries are polluting air, land and water resources. Most industries however are away from locality and follow a sets of norms led by governmental and international organization. They also make their best attempts to dispose or reduce their respective pollutions.
                                    Image result for vehicles pollution

Vehicles do pollute air by leaving toxic gases like nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), particulate matter (PM), volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and smaller amounts of other pollutants such as sulphur dioxide (SO2) and ammonia (NH3).They also causes noise pollution as in case of crackers.

You see fire crackers add or increase pollution in air while the former too exist. The noise pollution really in greater extent affects animals and birds. Every time a cracker makes noise animal get feared or birds start chirping and fly off. case The use of firecrackers, has over the years led to many injuries and deaths also. There have been incidents every year of users being blinded, losing body parts, or suffering other injuries, especially during festivities that customarily involve firecrackers.

How can it be justified that industrial and vehicular pollution causing pollution for 24*7 for 365days whereas diwali pollution for few hours that also for 3–4 days are same?? But surely it does intensify the pollution level and enhance the adverse affect on atmosphere

A new report by UNESCO says that more than 2billion children are breathing toxic air mostly live in North India or neighboring countries. Children breathe at twice than adults so they take more toxic air in, thus leading to respiratory diseases, lung problems that affect their physical and cognitive development.

It’s time to change the trend. Diwali is festival of light and not of fire-crackers. Using crackers for diwali started in early 20th century. It’s not the only way to celebrate diwali.

You may be worrying what financial literacy is?

It is understanding how money works in financial world,we are living.Financial literacy is building financial wealth, managing financial goals, look upon financial structures. In depth it deals with depts, investment, pitfalls in finance etc.

This blog is all about financial savings.Mantra for financial saving and insight of assessing one's financial situation.A little effort on financial education now will give a tremondous result at the end of the year.

  1. Make a commitment                                                                                                                     However financially aware you may be, until you are not committed nothing will work.It requires wise decision to be made to tackle any sort of financial problems. The most important step in developing and following a financial plan is to examine your attitudes about money. You are definitely ready and able to start your path to financial wellness; if you are also willing, take the pledge!
  2. Assess your financial situation                                                                                               One should be true to oneself about his financial situation. Active decision is made accordingly.Start your journey with a self assessment. To develop an accurate picture of the amount of money you will have in the future, take a look back.  Decide if your income will be from the same or from different sources and the amount of income you can expect to earn in the future.
  3. Make a priority list                                                                                                                        Set your priorities.Creating a list of needs and wants can help you establish your financial priorities. For Ex- EMI,party,Buying a car,Planing a vacation, saving for further studies etc..
  4. Make a smart financial goal                                                                                                         S.M.A.R.T. financial goals should be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound. Make sure all your financial goals are realistic and easy to achieve.
  5. Where does all money goes?                                                                                           Maintain a worksheet/balancesheet of expenditure.Keep an eye on extra expenditure.Plan very-well.
  6. Identify your starting point.                                                                                         Calculating your net worth is as simple as comparing what you owe(liablities) to what you own(assests). But it's a must.Money from different sources must be considered.
  7. Q&A                                                                                                                                      Financial literacy starts with question and answers.Start understanding unwanted spending.Identify ways to reduce spending.
  8. Extra tips                                                                                                                                       There are various ways to save on tax, funds, bonds, etc.One should know them properly.Avail all the schemes in one's office like mediclaim etc
  9. Paying off your debts.                                                                                                          Calculate the total amount of debt that you need to pay in the year, which should include the total amount you owe through your credit cards and loans. Then, identify the debt which carries the maximum interest and pay more than its minimum monthly payment amount, while continuing to pay the minimum monthly amount on other debts.Continue this strategy until the highest debt is completely paid, and then repeat the process with the next highest debt and then subsequent debts. This smart strategy has been tested and recommended by financial experts and proven more cost-effective than simply paying the minimum debt amount every month.
  10. Savings                                                                                                                     Save 10% of your income no matter what.Saving is very important for your future goals. For you and your family saving is must.

Oral Health and Hygiene-Oral Cancer

Three main reasons for tobacco addiction:

  1.  Tobacco chewing leads to smokeless cancer. It is consumed in form  like pan, khaini, gutkha tobacco powder(Misri) etc. Thus they are available in variety of form.
  2. Precursor of oral cancer is seen mostly in age group of 20-30.People get this habbit of chewing tobacco at a very early age when they have no idea it may effect them. They are completely unaware of ill-effects.Seen elder using these stuff, these introduce the habit, with the first introduction often being given at  by an elder who is unaware of the dangers he is exposing the child to.
  3. These stuff are available at very low cost of 3 to 10 Rs.Parents educate them and offer no help in kicking this habit.Mostly they see people using it.However, the money required is somehow given by parents.Believing, parents don't know these habbit they give money. In most house parents become aware very late, before the child has learned to robe,or become completely addicted by living in bad company.

Studies:
According to WHO Country profiles, India has one of the highest rates of oral cancer in the world and rates are still increasing. Oral cancer accounts for one-third of the total cancer cases and 90% of the patients are tobacco chewers. This includes all class of society.
Only 20% of the total tobacco consumed in India is in the form of cigarettes, about 40% is in the form of bidis and the remaining 40% is consumed as chewing tobacco, pan masala, snuff, gutkha, masheri and tobacco toothpaste. These products contain putrefied tobacco, paraffin, areca nut, lime, catechu, and 230 permitted additives and flavours including known carcinogens.

WHO reports suggest that 65% of all Indian men use at least one form of tobacco. For women, the usage statistics differed from 15% in rural Gujarat to 67% in Andhra Pradesh, the overall prevalence being 3% for bidi and cigarette smoking. What is alarming is that fully one third of all women use at least one form of tobacco and in Mumbai, 57.5% of women use tobacco but solely in the smokeless form.

Prevention:

  1. Mostly children of age group from 12-14,i.e exactly when they are in 8th,9th and 10th are likely to get this habit. This is when they need to be targeted. They should be educated rigorously against these stuff. It is this time. It's NOW OR NEVER.
  2. Parents should also be educated in schools with children against oral cancer.
  3. Those who have these habit along with parents should be treated against them.
  4. The worst part is education. If someone have seen the suffering,he will never opt one for himself. They will feel self shame, when they are properly educated.

Those addicted should atleast be made to brush their teeth every time they consume one and before sleeping so that the remnants of the tobacco do not attack the buccal linings overnight and to watch for patches which can be the first sign of cancer.

As early bird catches the worm first, similarly early consumption will kill you first. On otherhand early education will prevent first consumption of tobacco.

Mind twisting imp aspect of time

Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend-Theophrastus

Mind Twisting important aspect of time
  1. -However correct you are but "Right thing should be said at right time." Like, decisions taken in furious mood are never correct. So,has right things said at wrong time won't work.
  2. -Time is best medicine for emotional setbacks.I don't know how but its better if sometime we just let time go without taking decisions, which we feel like its important for the time being. It's because we may become mature in coming time and then will take decision with confident and it will surely be correct.
  3. Youth's life is most important for parents, nation and teachers because they have the most time in world .Their present decisions depends on their mentors and their right decision will surely change the nation.
  4. The best thing which you can give someone is your time. By giving your time to them you make them feel important.
  5. Time you enjoy wasting, was not wasted-John Lennon
  6. Time is life.Whatever you will do with your time ,same will happen with your life.

Importance of Time

"
काल करे सो आज कर ,आज करे सो अब ,पल में प्रलय होएगी , बहुरि करोगे कब"-Saint Kabirdas

I thought we are the most busiest person of all time humans. But upper stanzas proves people in 16th century were also busy(In sense wasted lot of time like us) .So kabir had to come forward, with these stanza emphasizing on....
Now or Never
From now or never of course answer is now.Right now make us liberated. We don't have to think for some other time for a particular work. One who make it right now won't waste its time in future.
Time is limited.
Things are lot to be done. Its on us how we use our time.I was lucky to meet peoples who not only cared about their time but also about my time.I learnt importance of time.

Wasted time is worse than wasted money.Money once can be earned again but with time, you will just regret why we did that and not that.Use your time wisely. We ourselves know and regret why we wasted time. That should not happen .

If you waste time you are wasting your life. Use time at fullest.

Last but not least,

Prioritize your time .
DO IT KNOW!

Over-analysis leads to paralysis

I suffered from paralysis of over-analysis before writing these blogs.
  1. I read various blogs on how to start writing blogging
  2. I read so many blogs and got inspired
  3. I got basic idea how my blog will look like
  4. I immediately made blog and had views it will be my best of  effort
And days passed on and on.All of my prevous thoughts were being an hinderence for me.
I wanted to have a perfect blog.

Every successful persons thoughts only turned into action. But action was done. Over-Analysis makes us standstill or immobilize us.
Look before you leap is right but just looking and not leaping will never give you the right path.
Sometimes in life just leaping may be advantageous. However,

Over Analysis is a situation where action is not taken
For days I thought about my dreams and one day I will forget it.Before its too late I need to act on.

WE THINK WITH HEART AND SOUL ABOUT OUR DREAMS,BUT JUST THINKING WILL NEVER MATERIALIZE OUR DREAMS.

Thinking too much about something takes you to DEAD END
Actions must be performed.

Don't get affected by world

There were so many who tried to pull you down and still there are many who will pull you down.
You never did bad to them or you aren't going to do anything bad,but still they will resist your progress. The reason is we ourselves.

We all are running in a race of life.Has we move ahead in it,we meet people in same situation has we see ourselves. We call them friend.Their thoughts, views they share with us.At our first meet we resist their negative thought. But,in few days, their thought starts saturating us.Even about their negativity our feeling change. We sort of become like them feeling-wise .So,the best thing we can do is to stay away from negative peoples.

The world is to pull you down.Nobody,is going to take you to peak. It's you the only one will make way till top. Society, will either lend you a hand to reach top or pull you down. It's solely on you to decide which society you want. From, today on search for society which you want and not the one which world provided you.If such society doesn't exist create one through your optimist and friendly nature.
You must be the change you wish to see in the world-Mahatma Gandhi.

While travelling we meet some rude guys,in train or anywhere in neighborhood. We shouldn't take unknown peoples word  seriously.Sometime, useless peoples comment are taken damn seriously and in turn we lose our mental balance and confidence.

People will laugh, tease, curse, provoke, dislike, abuse. You should understand, bless, inspire, respect and be kind, gentle, peaceful.

We sometime feel like our own friend want to make us feel down.In Reality they are rivals
Rivalry should be taken positively. It's only solution that exist and best for our own goodness.

Growth is the mantra of life.

The world in which we live is changing ever instant. Everything is progressing in world.

A seed grows into plant .A plant into a tree. A plant is lot weaker than a tree. To survive in this world, it is needed to turn into a strong tree. To survive in this world we must grow.

Our parents made us their growth. For years around, our parent are doing same work. A mother prepares food for us. Cleans utensil, wash clothes, sweep house and many many more things. Father won't quit his boring,  stringent office life, because he knows his family depends on him. Our parents hinder their progress in life for us.

We may become same one day. We will have our own family. We will care them same as our parents did our caring. Where is growth in life? Nor they have growth nor will we having. What is the solution of this problem?

Progress is the most essential thing in life. Each and every walk of life should have progress in it. Ever progressing one is only happy. Now, it's on us. Which life we want?

Parents want us to progress. We want both of us should grow in life. Atleast, we shouldn't take the same track as them. We need to grow, twice the speed by which we can grow for ourselves and for our parents.

Of all the wastes of human ignorance perhaps the most extravagant and costly to human growth has been the waste of the distinctive powers of womanhood after the child-bearing age. -Anna garlin spencer

Elevation of perception is control of pain(1)

"There are things known and there are things unknown and in between are doors of perception"                                                                -Aldous Huxley

Even the one who solved toughest problem  in world won't have  looked it has if it is toughest in the world .For them it was just a simple problem which can be solved.Nothing is impossible.Ever thing can be solved.

Teacher gives a very  tough problem to students. One who solves it will be the one who looked it as something he can solved and not as something he has never solved. It's all about way of looking at problem

Road of life is full of speed brakers. They not only reduce your speed but also shake you up and down. Each and everyone  at some walk of life may feel that they are having a terrible life. It's toughest for them to face these life. Suddenly they meet someone and compare their life with him and at the end finds that he is having a far worse life then me.Instead of thinking he is having a tough life,he will think that I'm having a better life.

Something is definitely above your suffering. If i live in slum, someone live in tents across railway line. If I am poor, someone is poorer than me.Instead I will say I'm richer than him.Famous saying has goes  "Loser sees glass half empty, while winners see it as half filled."

Always see the brighter aspect of the life,........

Challenge is an opportunity

Challenges are faced by everyone in life. For ex-Everyday studies ,assignment, timely submissions etc.We do face them everyday. We are not afraid of them.We do it in studies.

In soceity,if someone is asked to speak on stage suddenly,he is not prepared for it.Mostly he will reject it. However, one who comes on stage, try to speak something and then fails to deliver words, will be said the big loser. But,in reality he utilized the opportunity learnt a lot and next time would try to be better. So,IN SHORT  its all about seeing a challenge as an opportunity

Life throw challenges at us we accept it and try to prove ourselves. While facing a challenge we want to show something  to others. But its not only that we do something which other think we can't so they challenge us.THUS  DARE TO PROVE YOURSELVES MAY BE WRONG

We lose a lot if we don't confront challenge.A challenge rejected is an ungrasped opportunity

'opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work."-Thomas Edision
